Breakaway Cruises is a family business that has it roots in the offshore sports fishing industry in the 1970's. We learned this business from the ground (water :-) up.  We started as a deckhand and progressed to Captain of our first boat in 1984. View our entire fleet.

In 1988 we began to offer parasailing at the Sheraton hotel. This eventually grew into owning and running a beach concession and water sport center at the Radisson hotel. The water sport center ultimately grew to the bay to include the Wahoo Saloon.

Breakaway Cruises came into existence in 1995 with the arrival of our first dolphin watch boat, the Xcape, built in 1994 in Florida. This business has continued to grow each year and the fleet now includes two dolphin watch boats, an amphibious vehicle, two parasail boats and several offshore and bay fishing boats.
